In February 2009 Sydney Charter Bus Pty Ltd is relocating offices; moving from Lane Cove, to a new office in North Ryde's central business district. The move was the result of continued company growth and the need to expand our office to accommodate the growing Sydney Charter Bus team. The new office will provide not only more space, but also the opportunity to update and improve our office operations facilities. We have built a brand new operations centre with the latest computer systems, dedicated to fleet tracking, communications, traffic monitoring and customer enquiries. The new operations centre, along with extra support staff will play a big role in dramatically reducing the turnaround times for our customer quotes and enquiries. Our new office, which includes a custom build SCBA Transport Network Operations Centre will greatly enhance our operations manager's abilities to monitor and manage our vast network of minibuses and coaches. The SCBA Transport Network monitoring system will connect to a series of information displays and feeds located throughout the office from the secure servers that provide a vital link between the Admin Department and our Operations Team, ensuring that all staff are aware any alerts or current issues effecting the
