      To Sydney Charter,
      Our team has expressed their gratitude for the services provided for our annual conference. All the coaches were on time and the drivers very accommodating to make extra stops unscheduled along the way. We found the office staff friendly and Grant in particular was most helpful in our struggle to finalize the itinerary. I have to mention Lisa as she came out to the conference centre to help with the departures and to help rodeo the delegates with her SCBA sign. It was a good laugh and a great time. There wasn't a sullen face to be seen at any time. Well done and thank you.
