Q. Where is there a good meeting point at T1?
A. There is an official meeting point between arrival exists A/B gates and C/D of the international terminal.
Most people use the McDonalds located at the northern end of the terminal on arrivals (ground floor) level.
 
Q. Where do we meet the bus at the international or domestic terminals?
A. International T1 click HERE - Domestic T2 click HERE - Domestic T3 click HERE.
 
Q. Is there a currency Exchange at T1?
A. Currency Exchanges are located at the arrivals exits in clear view as you join the general public.

Q. Where are the public telephones?
A. Public telephones are situated throughout the terminal but for newly arrivals;

Q. What if we don’t have mobile/cell phones to make a call to the driver or guide?
A. Public phones and currency exchanges are located at the exit gates at arrivals. There are currency exchanges and public telephones in clear view as you join the general public.

Q. How can we get from the International terminal to the domestic terminals?
A. There is a local Terminal Transfer Service called TBus that can take you directly to T2. It departs from Bus Bay 21 on the arrivals level (ground floor) daily from 6am – 8pm.
The TBus costs $5.50 one way, per person.
The transfer can take between 10 & 15 mins and operates frequently in the morning peak period, then half hourly until 8pm. The TBus stops are on arrivals levels, at T1 Bus Bay 21 near McDonalds, and at T2 Bus Bay 3 near baggage carousel 6.
 
It’s a short walk from T2 to T3 through the carpark that separates the two terminals.
