I would like to offer a quick feedback about my bus tour on the 7th of July. My family and I are beyond pleased with the bus’s condition and amenities. We are also even more pleased and thankful for our bus driver - Chris. He was very helpful, polite, friendly and very, very nice. We were all very thankful for a bus driver like him who offered us so much help willingly and very patient to all our requests and needs. Thank you and Kudos to your team and Chris! just wanted to say how impressed we were with Sydney Charter Bus. We hired the bus for a full day excursion on Saturday 8 September. Michael, our driver was just fantastic. He knew exactly where he was going, he was so obliging and helpful. The service was exceptional and it really did make our day. As a bunch of people from the country, we were so glad we had Michael navigating his way around the city – we simply could not have done all that we did without him. It was a pleasure to deal with your company – I will be recommending you to everyone!

All feedback was of a positive nature and all were happy with the driver and the service provided. Also like to note that we are more than happy with the fact that your company was so flexible in allowing all the changes we had made since the initial booking. Feedback from the passengers was positive: "We had a very smooth day. The driver turned up for our first pick up on time. He was very obliging with our impromptu directions and requests. We ran on time. We didn’t have any difficulty maneuvering or parking. The microphone provided was good. The driver delivered the water back to the office after dropping us at our final destination. We had a great day."

Just wanted to give you some positive feedback about our experience with you last week on Wednesday. Firstly, I would like to say a big thank-you to Nathan (Driver from the airport) for his extreme patience and helping to get everyone on the bus! Due to the weather, some of the flights were delayed and things did not go as smoothly as planned, however the staff have conveyed to me how good Nathan was. He got out of the bus and went into the airport & rounded everyone up and communicated with me back at the office. We were all impressed, he helped make a stressful situation easier which is great.
