1. Luggage and Personal Items
| ✓ | All luggage and personal belongings must be securely stowed in overhead parcel racks or under seats |
| ! | Aisles, stairwells and emergency exits must remain clear at all times |
| ! | Unsecured items may become hazardous projectiles in the event of sudden braking, evasive manoeuvres or collision |
| ⓘ | The operator accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury arising from improperly stored items |
2. Passenger Conduct and Seating
| ✓ | Passengers must remain seated at all times while the vehicle is in motion |
| ✗ | Standing, congregating in aisles or approaching the driver while driving is strictly prohibited |
| ✓ | Seatbelts (where fitted) must be worn at all times in accordance with Australian road safety laws |
3. Onboard Toilets (Where Fitted)
| ✗ | For safety reasons, onboard toilets are not to be used while the vehicle is in motion |
| ! | Sudden braking, cornering or collision presents a significant injury risk |
| ✓ | Planned comfort stops will be scheduled in accordance with driver fatigue management requirements |
4. Driver Authority and Distraction Minimisation
| ✓ | The driver has full authority over all safety matters and passenger conduct |
Any behaviour that may distract the driver is strictly prohibited, including:
| ✗ | Loud music or excessive noise |
| ✗ | Sudden movements or “jump scare” items (e.g. balloons or novelty items) |
| ✗ | Congregating near the driver area |
5. Behaviour and Use of Vehicle
| ⓘ | This is not a party bus service. Orderly and respectful conduct is required at all times. |
| ✗ | Loud, abusive, aggressive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated |
| ! | The operator reserves the right to refuse travel, remove passengers, or terminate services where safety is compromised |
6 & 7. Food, Beverages & Alcohol
6. Food and Beverages
| ✗ | No food or hot beverages (including tea and coffee) are permitted onboard |
| ✓ | Bottled water is permitted |
| ⓘ | Where food is required for medical reasons, prior written approval must be obtained from the operator |
7. Alcohol and Prohibited Substances
| ✗ | Strictly no alcohol consumption is permitted onboard at any time |
| ✗ | Alcohol (opened or unopened) is not permitted on the vehicle |
| ! | Zero-tolerance policy applies. Breach will result in immediate termination of services without refund |
8. Safety Equipment and Emergency Features
Passengers must not interfere with or tamper with any safety equipment, including:
| ✗ | Emergency exit hammers |
| ✗ | Emergency doors and windows |
| ✗ | Fire extinguishers or other safety devices |
Misuse of safety equipment may result in removal from the vehicle and potential legal action.
9. Compliance with Directions
| ✓ | All passengers must comply with instructions issued by the driver or authorised company personnel |
| ! | Non-compliance constitutes a breach of the conditions of carriage |
10. Enforcement and Right to Refuse Service
The operator reserves the absolute right to:
| ! | Refuse boarding |
| ! | Remove passengers |
| ! | Terminate the journey |
Where any passenger behaviour presents a safety risk or breaches this policy. No refunds will be provided in such circumstances.
