These conditions cover the safe storage of luggage, mandatory seating and seatbelt requirements, onboard toilet restrictions, driver authority and distraction minimisation, prohibited conduct and behaviour standards, food and beverage rules (including a zero-tolerance alcohol policy), the protection of onboard safety equipment, compliance with driver directions, and the operator’s absolute right to refuse boarding, remove passengers, or terminate services where safety is compromised. These conditions are enforceable under the Heavy Vehicle National Law and Chain of Responsibility provisions.
