Transport Safety & Compliance Policy

As an accredited operator under the NSW Bus Operator Accreditation Scheme (BOAS), Sydney Charter Bus Australia is bound by — and operates in full compliance with — the Passenger Transport Act 2014 (NSW), the Heavy Vehicle National Law, Chain of Responsibility provisions, and applicable Work Health & Safety legislation. This Corporate Transport Safety & Compliance Policy sets out the operational, legal and safety obligations governing all charter services, and informs corporate clients, event organisers and procurement teams of their own responsibilities — including their potential legal liability under Chain of Responsibility for any instruction that may compromise driver safety, fatigue compliance, or road law compliance.

Modern Slavery Policy

Sydney Charter Bus Pty Ltd is committed to identifying, preventing and addressing all risks of modern slavery within its transport operations and supply chains. This policy establishes our obligations and controls under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), and the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) — covering all employees, bus and coach drivers, depot and maintenance staff, subcontractors, suppliers and third-party providers. It sets out role-specific obligations, due diligence requirements, reporting and whistleblower protections, and our monitoring and auditing framework across all areas of our business.
