This Corporate Transport Safety & Compliance Policy sets out the operational, legal and safety obligations governing all charter services, and informs corporate clients, event organisers and procurement teams of their own responsibilities — including their potential legal liability under Chain of Responsibility for any instruction that may compromise driver safety, fatigue compliance, or road law compliance.
