These Terms & Conditions of Charter & Hire govern all services supplied by Sydney Charter Bus Pty Ltd (NSW Accreditation No. 39461). They incorporate the company’s full suite of operational policies into a single binding document — including the 20% deposit and cancellation fee schedule, passenger conduct and zero-tolerance alcohol policy, prohibited items, luggage and manual handling limits, driver fatigue compliance under the Heavy Vehicle National Law, overnight accommodation and meal allowance obligations, airport transfer protocols, Chain of Responsibility obligations, limitation of liability, force majeure provisions, and complaints procedure under NSW Passenger Transport legislation. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and apply immediately upon booking confirmation.
