Disney On Ice at Qudos Bank Arena: Family & Group Bus Hire
The Magic Comes to Sydney Olympic Park, and Sydney Charter Bus Australia Brings Your Family or Group Straight to the Door
Next season: Disney On Ice presents Magic in the Stars, Wednesday 15 to Sunday 19 July 2026, at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney Olympic Park.
Few outings light up a child’s face quite like Disney On Ice. When Mickey, Minnie and a cast of beloved characters glide across the ice in a swirl of music, colour and storytelling, the whole arena, parents and grandparents included, is swept up in it. For thousands of Sydney families it is the highlight of the year, and the school-holiday timing makes it the perfect group day out. The show itself is pure magic. Getting a carload, or three carloads, of excited children there and home again is the part that can take the shine off the day, and that is exactly where we come in.
Sydney Charter Bus Australia provides private, door-to-door family and group transport from every corner of Sydney to Qudos Bank Arena at Sydney Olympic Park. Whether it is two or three families travelling together, a childcare centre or school group, a birthday outing or an extended family celebration, we carry everyone in one comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, drop you at the arena and collect you afterwards, with no parking to find and no convoy of cars to keep together. Operated by professional drivers under NSW Accreditation No. 39461. Request a quote for your group.

A Show the Whole Family Remembers
Disney On Ice has been turning arena floors into worlds of wonder for decades, and its appeal spans every generation. World-class figure skaters bring treasured Disney and Pixar stories to life with breathtaking skill, lavish costumes, soaring music and just enough comedy and audience interaction to keep the youngest fans spellbound from start to finish. Each touring production gathers a different mix of stories, so every year brings something fresh to look forward to.
Recent productions have woven together timeless classics such as Cinderella and Aladdin with modern favourites including Frozen, Encanto, Moana and the Toy Story and Cars worlds, alongside the much-loved Disney Princesses. The result is a couple of hours of genuine enchantment that gives children a memory they treasure and parents the kind of shared family moment that is harder and harder to find. It is little wonder the Sydney season sells strongly every year.
Why a Private Bus Is Perfect for a Disney On Ice Outing
Sydney Olympic Park draws big crowds on show days, and arriving with young children in tow is not the moment to be circling for a park or walking a long way in the cold of a July evening. A private charter transforms the trip.
| No parking with little ones | Your driver handles the precinct traffic and drops your group close to the arena. No hunting for a space, no long cold walk back to a distant car park with tired, overexcited children at the end of the night. |
| Everyone travels together | Two or three families, the grandparents, the cousins, all in one vehicle. No splitting across cars, no one getting lost in the precinct, no waiting around in the car park to regroup. |
| The parents relax too | With a professional at the wheel, every adult enjoys the outing. Nobody is the designated driver navigating home while the children chatter about their favourite moments. |
| Safe, seatbelted and warm | Every passenger has a seatbelt, the vehicle is warm and comfortable, and the children are safely together with the grown-ups for the whole trip. |
| Part of the adventure | For little ones, the bus ride with all their friends and family is part of the fun, building the excitement on the way and singing the songs all the way home. |
Perfect for Every Kind of Group
| Families & extended families | Bring the cousins, the grandparents and the neighbours. One bus keeps the whole clan together for a shared day out. |
| Childcare & early learning centres | A wonderful excursion for early learning groups, with accredited drivers who hold a current Working With Children Check. See our School Excursion Transport. |
| Schools & OOSH groups | A magical school-holiday outing for primary and out-of-school-hours groups, organised safely and simply. |
| Birthday parties | Make a child’s birthday unforgettable with a private bus for the party group to and from the show. |
| Community & church groups | A joyful group outing for families within a community organisation. See our Church & Community Transport. |
